Q: How long until I get my order?

Within Dhaka City, expect your ordered products to arrive in 1-3 working days. For locations outside Dhaka, we'll deliver straight to your doorstep within 3-7 working days.

 

Q: How do you deliver my order? 

We deliver your ordered products to your doorstep in Bangladesh through trusted courier services from our warehouse in Dhaka. Once you check out, a courier service will automatically be assigned to your order based on the shipping address you have provided. 

 

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Unfortunately, we're unable to update your shipping address once your order is placed. 

 

Q: My order was confirmed but then canceled. What happened?

There are a few reasons this might occur:

• Incorrect address provided

• Payment declined by your bank

• Recipient refused delivery

• Recipient was unavailable to receive 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh. But you can order from abroad and surprise your loved ones here!
